Jinhae changes physically in early spring. Cherry trees line waterways, a former railway corridor, neighbourhood streets and hillsides, so blossom is not confined to one garden. The effect builds as clients move from individual branches at eye level to long canopies and wider views across the city.
Timing is part of the product logic. Peak flowering often falls around late March to early April, but intensity can differ between Jinhae's best-known locations even on the same day. Festival dates and weather conditions also vary by year. Two nights in Changwon and several viewing environments allow the visiting order to respond to current blossom conditions and local crowd management.
