Jinhae changes physically in early spring. Cherry trees line waterways, a former railway corridor, neighbourhood streets and hillsides, so blossom is not confined to one garden. Timing is part of the product logic. Peak flowering often falls around late March to early April, but intensity can differ between Jinhae's best-known locations even on the same day. Festival dates and weather conditions also vary by year.
